The antagonist in Sword West.

The Phantom is a semi-sentient drone equipped with jet-like propulsion and heavy weaponry, that comes from the massive Monument superstructure. For an unknown reason, this one has set its sights on Em's home town. a settlement called Sentinel located on the outskirts of Monument territory.
